ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, never! We love all of our animals and we will definitely keep it this way. No animals are harmed during our process and productions. All of our products for sale are tested on humans.

WHERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS SOURCED?

We source from directly from certified organic manufacturers, unless stated. All of our products are handmade, packaged and shipped in Los Angeles. In the future we hope to provide all ingredients locally.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THESE PRODUCTS?

As with all our skincare and apothecary products, please store in a cool, dry place out of the sun when not in use.

HOW LONG WILL PRODUCTS LAST?

The shelf life of each product varies but we do our best to ensure their longevity by using special glass, which you can read more about here.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?

We have a flat rate for shipping within the continental US of $10. At check out, we have options for standard or expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will be based on your location. We currently do not ship outside of the US

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We understand that not all our products may work out for you. Please let us know if you have any issues with your order. You will have 30 days from the date received to return your product.
